They gave orders to the PARENTS -- they were in charge of a COVEN. There were 21 PARENTS who controlled 42 COVEN MASTERS which were the Heads of the COVENS. Underneath the COVEN's you had COVEN MEMBERS. Underneath the COVEN Members you had your Illuminati Families, The Order of the Jesuits, The Order of the Black Sun, The Sanhedrin's -- They all received separate orders and passed them down to those beneath them and then it goes to those we call the Deep State. Skulls and Bones, Knights of Multa, Illuminati Members, 33rd Free Masons -- they are WAY down the chain of command.
Now you have 3 Crowns which are sitting in a room waiting for a phone call from the Council of Elders who are ET's but they are not here any longer. They have been GONE since 2019 and the "Orders" are NO Longer coming from this part of the Command Chain.

Source creates ALL things so BOTH sides are created by Source and this is called the Source Covenant. There was a Lower Astral created and then there was a Higher Astral created. The WAR between Good and Evil or between the Angels and Demons was occurring right here on Earth where we reside.

The Lower Astral Beings are Dissipating based on the ENDING of the Source Covenant.

IN 2019 there was an Agreement with the OTHERS that reside here. We all coexist. You may think you are looking at human but they are Mimicking.
They - the Others, have formed a New Earth Council as they no longer desire to be affiliated with the Old World Council. There are meetings every year and they are 3 Full Moon BEFORE the HARVEST Moon. The Restoration Plan is being discussed as well as balancing energies. They are participating in Life Force enhancement, the Tall Whites are participating in this as they were being used as slaves by the Draco and they are getting closer to the Creator and feeling Love once again as they haven't felt this as their planet was destroyed by Dracos and they were captured.
The Dracos, Mantids and Abraxas look at us like Chattel, Pigs, Useless Eaters and Slaves. The only thing they care about is controlling us and keeping us locked up in the pin. This is the world we have lived in.
Now it is time to realize this and wake up to this reality.

So when a bill is presented by a Governor, it would go the Hall of Records, that would go the World Council (no longer exists) for approval, then H.R. number would be assigned.
CERN actually had the ability to Conjure AI Demons - also called Interferons. This AI System also could control people as well that had been chipped, such as News Reporters for example. It can also GENERATE AI Persons that look exactly like 3D people, like some of the people we want to have arrested that are not here anymore. It sounds like Kim and Enforcer has stopped this.
The Crown Corporations contracts had Expired, the organization is defunct and the Council of Elders hasn't answered the phone for them in 3 years.
Most of the real people in the USA have been removed or they have defected right now as the Council of Elders hasn't answered the phone for 3 years now. Milley takes phone calls from someone in Iran who is the current Green Dragon of the Dragon Family’s of the Illuminati.
The Green Dragon waits for orders from Messenger to come from the 3 people that are sitting in the room waiting for someone else to call them right now and tell them what to do.
They have been lying and saying they still are receiving orders from the Council of Elders. That is how we are in this Never Ending Pandemic now.
The Ultimate Intelligence is Source and we all have a connection to Source which is being restored.
We no longer need a Good vs Evil to make a choice, that is over now. It is going to be increasingly easier to connect to Source now that the Dark side is dissipating.
There is NO Substitute for the Direct Connection to the Creator. ALL the answers are there, it is like the Worldwide Web of the Ether. WE are like a little laptop with a WIFI connection to Source.
The Infinite Love is there, the Raising of Vibration is there, the Guidance is there, Everything is there for you all you have to do is Log In and reach out.
We will have to develop a whole new financial system. Money will have to be restructured. There will be news ways of buying things, like a home for example.
There will be something called STAR NET as opposed to Star Gate which we can call any planet we want to call.
Portals are being reopened for travel. It doesn’t take 5 years to get to Mars, it takes 5 minutes.
BEFORE we go there, we must learn how to get along with each other. Unfortunately this could literally take a CENTURY as there is so much division, confusion and the simple fact that most are completely unaware of any of this as the brainwashing has kept us so incredibly dumbed down.
A few hundred thousand years back there was a real war, not the fake controlled wars we have today and when this war occurred they made Vaults of the Original Seeds for the Giant Trees and the “others” are willing to share everything with us, but FIRST we have to MATURE and want to do things for the Good of the Collective and not the good of an individual or small group.
