I had no clue that our Plastic Waste is taken out on Barges and just Dumped in the Pacific Ocean.

What is more shocking is that Anthony says there will be an Earthquake that will cause a Tsunami that will bring TRILLIONS of Tons of Plastic, to the shores of California, Oregon and Hawaii.

(Not today, not tomorrow, but it’s coming.)

I was also unaware that the plastic used to cover the weeds (called Row Covers) in crop fields is BURNED and it is not filtered in any way. All that poisonous burned plastic just goes in the air and we breathe this sh*t in.

We get plastic in our body the most by BREATHING it in.

We don’t get much plastic from plastic cups and bottles.

Metal cups and and bottle are MUCH more dangerous.

The BEST is always GLASS. Always drink from glasses.

As bad as plastic is, it’s not as bad as Pathogens.

Plastic can be taken out of the body faster than it is taken in.

If you can’t get it out faster, it builds up in the Liver and if the liver gets clogged and stagnant then the plastic can enter the heart and brain.

Too much plastic weakens the immune system which can trigger disease.

How to remove Plastics?

Lemon Balm, Fenugreek, Olive Leaf and Mullein Leaf – blend equal parts of these together and steep 1 tablespoon of the mixed herbs per cup of water to make a tea that will help remove plastics.

You don’t have to use them all together, but the more you use together, the more you will remove plastics.

You can do tinctures or make teas.

Lemon Water alone helps to push plastics out.
