$2,000 Stimulus Check Update – Trump Says “Dividend WILL Be Paid”

Trump says there will DEFINITELY be stimulus checks to the low and middle class and the rest leftover will be used to pay for National Debt.

Is Trump telling the truth for once?

Not completely.

Trump says that “Massive Tariff income pouring into our country from foreign countries.”

That is NOT true.

Foreign Countries do NOT pay the USA Tariffs.

“Title 19 Customs Duties” -- Taken from Video of Brian Kim:

(D) The fee charged under subsection (a)(9) or (10) with respect to the processing of merchandise shall be paid by the importer of the record of merchandise." From Brian Kim - Video

This means that the importer of record is responsible for paying the Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF), which is a fee charged by the U.S. government for processing imported merchandise. The fee is based on the value of the imported goods, and it is collected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the time the entry summary is filed.

This means the “IMPORTER” pays, right?

That is my interpretation.

That is kind of this guys interpretation also.

*NOTE: I tried to verify what Brian Kim found and went through over 2,000 pages of Code of Federal Regulations under Title 19 Customs Duties (the April 2025 updated version) and I could not find this doing keyword searches on the 3 separate PDF’s downloaded from https://www.govinfo.gov/app/collection/cfr/2025 that contained all of Title 19 Customs Duties updated info from April of 2025.

So I am going to just take his word that he is better at looking this kind of stuff up than me and he knows what he is talking about. But using the naked eye and some common sense, tells me he is right.

Anyway, the main point is who pays the tariffs, is it the exporter or the importer of goods?

I know there have been a lot of new vessel and merchandise fees added at the ports of entry in the US, but Trump needs to explain just how it works instead of blabbing about how much they are paying.

It is very likely he has no clue as we have found out he really has no f*cking clue about much of anything as he is just told what to do by people he seems to trust, which seem to be Israel First f*ckers.

One thing is for certain about these Tariffs, they are causing Retailers to RAISE their prices, which does NOT benefit the people.

So it makes you question what the real purpose of these “tariffs” are and who they really are punishing?

It will just make retailers like Walmart or Target not purchase as many supplies or if they do it will make them raise the price substantially.

Amazon, which I used a lot, has definitely raised their prices.

Food has skyrocketed since our genius President initiated these tariffs.

A tariff is basically a TAX.

Who pays it?

The buyer or the seller???

It sure appears the US BUYERS are the ones paying for the Tariffs.

It the buyers are paying more, they will pass this higher “tax” or fees they are paying to their customers – which is what is happening.

So, what is the “supposed” purpose of these tariffs?

To make our retailers buy from other sources, preferably in the USA, but that is flat out IMPOSSIBLE because other administrations, like Clinton, Bush, Obama, encouraged manufactures to move OUTSIDE of the USA.

It would take decades for them to move back into the USA so to do these tariffs, like the way Trump is doing them is ridiculous as it only punishes the PEOPLE of America.

Then, when they get moved back in, another administration would likely do something to incentivize them to move out.

That’s the political game and it’s all a plan to destroy American and move the power and wealth to the East, which pretty much has already happened.

For those to say that Trump is America first is just ridiculous.

For Trump to say that Foreign Countries is paying these tariffs, it is you and me paying these tariffs and Trump makes it sound like other countries are paying for this stimulus.

NO. The Tariff payers are we the people.

It’s just another part of the political sh*t show.

When Trump raises Tariffs, other countries raise tariffs.

Who do these TAXES Benefit?

The GOVERNMENTS.

NOT the people.

It’s all one big f*cking charade.

We are being played.

A lot of our food is imported and we are PAYING dearly for it.

As of July 2025, tariff revenues since January 2025 totaled $122 billion (Source: Peterson Institute for International Economics.)

They make it seem like these are tariffs we are COLLECTING from other countries.

NO, no, no.

Tariffs are what our GOVERNMENT is Collecting on Different Countries Goods.

Who is Paying these Tariffs?

These tariffs are being PAID by US Retailers, ie – Amazon, Walmart, Grocery Stores, Target, Nike.

This is COSTING the Retailers much more.

So, what happens?

They PASS this “added expense” to WE the People.

When we see headlines like this: “White House: US Tariffs on China now total 145%” that doesn’t mean China is PAYING, it means WE the people are paying that much extra for imported goods from China.

So, when you hear Trump ranting about how China and other Countries are paying Tariffs, that is a bunch of b.s.

Bottom Line: Trump’s tariffs are causing Inflation.

Also, when we received those $1,400 stimulus checks for being obedient little sheep during the Covid Plandemic, as part of the “American Rescue Plan”, the total estimated cost was $411 Billion.

The tariff revenue will likely be around $270 Billion for this year.

So, if Trump does the $2,000 “tariff” checks, that would be about $535 Billion.

That’s some “fuzzy math” – it just doesn’t add up. Not even remotely close.

This means that the government would have to borrow about $265 Billion from central bankers to pay for the rest and of course pay interest.

This all doesn’t make ANY Sense whatsoever.

This makes you question if they have another “CRISIS” – another “Plan-demic” of sorts planned for 2026.

That would be a reason to “pacify” the masses with a $2,000 stimulus check.

Trump says that he will give $2,000 to middle and lower income people and use the rest to “lower our debt.”

The he mentions that “Lowering our Debt” is a “National Security Thing.”

What’s with the “National Security Thing” comment, what does that mean??

Then Trump says that the “numbers are wrong, they are actually Trillions of Dollars that have been taken or gotten from Investments from the Tariffs.”

His “investments” are AI investments that will take AWAY Jobs and he absolutely knows this, but of course will never, ever say it when he is momentarily selling a lie.

The Tariffs are supposed to ADD Manufacturing Jobs.

What has happened since the Trump Tariffs have went into Effect?

The manufacturing sector has lost over 50,000 jobs.

Trump bypassed Congress when implementing these Tariffs. This is now being challenged in the US Supreme Court.

How did Trump bypass this?

Trump used the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose global tariffs, specifically the Reciprocal Tariffs and the Trafficking Tariffs.

A word we need to become very familiar with is the word “EMERGENCY.”

Declaring “emergencies” opens up the play book to just take Jurisdiction to have authorities that would otherwise be “unconstitutional.”

Take a look at what they did during Covid:

January 31, 2020 – Public Health Emergency -- This allowed for temporary waivers or modifications of certain Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP requirements to give healthcare facilities more flexibility.
March 13, 2020 – Trump Declared a National Emergency - under the National Emergencies Act and the Stafford Act. This action activated the National Response Framework and made available up to $50 billion in federal aid to states and localities, with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) named as the lead coordinating agency.
March 17, 2020 -- The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act and the, which provided liability immunity for medical countermeasures. This emergency act was imposed to give total and complete immunity to the Big Pharma Vaccine Makers for making “defective vaccines” – that is exactly what this means – “Medical Countermeasures = mRNA Vaccines.”
March 27, 2020 -- The Defense Production Act -- allowed the government to require private companies to prioritize production of necessary medical supplies, respectively. The act provides the President with powers to require businesses to accept certain contracts and to allocate materials, services, and facilities for national defense purposes. This was when Trump said that “General Motors” was going to be used to manufacture Ventilators.

Are you seeing how much POWER is behind the word “Emergency?”

Connect the dots and you can see that when the Government Declares Emergencies they take YOUR Power and Authority and put it in the hands of government Authorities.

It is like the government just became your POA – Power of Attorney.

Acts of Emergency BYPASS how the Founders of this Country designed it to function through TWO Bodies – the House of Representative and the Senate and gives 100% authority / power to the President.

All declared emergencies must be recorded in the Federal Register. Get to know how to navigate through this and search, it’s not difficult, but people need to browse through and see what is going on because the media doesn’t do their job.

This Supreme Court Hearing will be important. If they rule that by declaring emergencies gives the President Plenary Power (Complete, Absolute, Exclusive Authority) over the U.S. Congress, then we the people just lost our “Supreme Power” and the elected Representatives and Senators are under the Power of the president and not the people.

This goes so much deeper as you you can dig into the Tariff Act of 1930 and try to interpret if Trump went overboard, which it is obvious he did, but it is always up to a Judges interpretation.

Look, it seems like our politicians (congress) already isn’t really working for us, but this Supreme Court Hearing will be an important one and it appears NO ONE is talking about it.

One last thing, as this is long, I know, but isn’t it funny that the $2,000 Stimulus Checks will need Congressional Approval??

In other words, taking money from Americans doesn’t need any congressional approval as when Trump used the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to bypass Congressional approval, but when it’s time get our “refund” our “stimulus” they and give back to the people, it needs congressional approval.

Keep an eye on the Supreme Court ruling, if they rule Trump acted illegally to impose tariffs, they could rule that the Corporations must be refunded this money.
