Dr. Charles Hoffe – “Censored for Explaining What the COVID mRNA Jabs Were Doing to His Patients”

Dr. Charles Hoffe, from Lytton, British Columbia was accused of spreading “misinformation” for simply being a witness of what he saw in his own patients. Dr. Charles Hoffe was disciplined for spreading misinformation that put the public at "risk." 1
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. brought charges against for Dr. Hoffe for going public and explaining what the COVID shots were doing to his own patients.
Dr. Hoffe had to recruit Lee Turner a top lawyer from B.C. and they contacted 8 world expects to deal with each one of the eight accusations. 2
Dr. Hoffe expressed concerns about Myocarditis, Fertility Issues, the number of Vaccine Deaths, the Risks to Children, and using Ivermectin as an alternative to the vaccines to keep people safe from COVID.
The eight experts witnesses produced such superb testimony that when the College of Physicians and Surgeons saw this, the first thing they did was apply for Judicial Notice.
Judicial Notice – a Legal Tactic, where the Court declares certain “Facts” Irrefutable.
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. wanted the Court to declare that the COVID mRNA shots were Safe & Effective just because they were approved by Health Canada. Health Canada would never allow anything unsafe or ineffective to be approved for public use, therefor, this “fact” is just irrefutable.
If the courts grant this “Judicial Notice,” NONE of the Eight expert witnesses could be heard.
The court did not grant this, but this is a very slippery slope to be on.
Just a single decision by a court could completely destroy a Medical Physicians career. It all depends on another human beings opinion.
Dr. Hoffe says that they had almost 1,000 pages of evidence from his top notch witnesses. If Judicial Notice was granted, ALL of this evidence would have been disallowed.
Since Judicial Notice was not granted, due to the “Weight of the Evidence” the College of Physicians dropped the charges.
The College of Physicians said that they dropped this case because it acted as a “Deterrent for Any other Doctor out there that dared to Spread Misinformation.”
Guess what happened AFTER this?
They introduced legislation under Bill 36 now called The Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA): 3
The Health Professions and Occupations Act – an act approved by the majority government to “protect patients” from “Harmful Health Professionals.”
This Act completely removes the power from a doctor being a doctor.
If they don’t adhere to the “rules, standards and regulations” they can be face extreme disciplinary actions, which include having their premises searched with OUT a Court Order by the “Investigator” who can confiscate confidential patient records and confidential personal information.
Why would anyone even want to be a Doctor anymore in Canada?
If a Physician is found “Guilty” of an offense they are subject to a $25,000 fine and 6 months in prison.4
If a clinic is found guilty, they are subject to a $500,000 fine.
Also, if a physician is found guilty they are NOT entitled to a review by the Health Professionals Review Board.
Also in this “Act” – Vaccination will be MANDATORY. Vaccination for transmissible disease is mandated as a condition of licensing and employment.
Oh, it gets even better: The “Regulating College” – meaning the College of Physicians, have Statutory Immunity and cannot be challenged in court.
The Health Professions and Occupations Act was passed by the BC Government on November 24, 2022 and will go into full effect on April 1, 2026.5
If the rest of the world follows this “lead” we the people are in trouble. This bill is not to protect the people, it is a bill (a string) to use all the doctors of Canada as puppets to control the people.
Dr. Charles Hoffe says that even if if they receive an “Anonymous Claim” they can instantly suspend your Medical License without ANY investigation. Dr. Hoffe says that this is “Medical Tyranny on Steroids.” It is “Draconian Legislation.”6
He is absolutely 100% correct.
Freedoms are vanishing from layer after layer of tyrannical legislation and it’s happening all around the world in almost every country. It seems like every country is gravitating towards a Police State.
How many doctors would have stood their MORAL Ground like Dr. Hoffe did?
If you submit to immoral, unethical, unrighteous censorship(s), you are nothing more than an obedient puppet for the greedy, power-hungry evildoers who make up these frivolous legislative statutes.
Dr. Hoffe was just explaining what was happening in his own small ONE MAN practice. Dr. Hoffe said he has 32 Vaccine Injured Patients, just from the COVID mRNA shots, not counting all the other vaccines.
Dr. Hoffe says: “This is a Spiritual War Against Humanity.”
I think he is spot on.
Dr. Charles Hoffe:7
“Never before in the History of Humanity, have we seen EVERY Single Nation follow the same Deception, where the Tyrannical Governments are Trampling on the Rights of People, we have Forced Injections, Businesses being destroyed by Lockdowns and Nations being plunged into Massive Debts that they will NEVER repay.”
“Justin Trudeau DOUBLED the National Debt of Canada in about 14 MONTHS.”
“This is a War Against Humanity in which every Nation has Marched in Lockstep.”
It’s funny that Dr. Hoffe says “Lock Step”, because their was a report by the Rockefeller Foundation and Global Business Network back in May of 2010 called “Scenarios for Future Technology and International Development”, where they plan for “future p(l)andemics” in which the governments of the world will work in Lock Step – where innovation will be “limited”, where the governments of the world will take “tighter control” and play an “Authoritative Role” in “managing” the people.
Here is how they “define” Lock Step in the Rockefeller Foundation Report, called “Scenarios for Future Technology and International Development”:8
Lock Step: “A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”
A future of strong “alliances” which will take “coordinated” efforts to solve “big problems” like hunger, disease and offer better medical “diagnostics” and more “effective vaccines where companies, NGO’s and Governments will walk in “Lock Step” acting as ONE
A future focusing on issues like “Vaccine Hesitancy” where parents may choose to avoid vaccinating their children which will lead to increased Child Mortality Rates.
A future that may include “Edible Vaccines.”
These are just some of things in the “Scenarios for Future Technology and International Development” Rockefeller Foundation report. It’s much worse if you are intelligent enough to read between the lines and understand the mindset of these authors and know what their true objectives, their true agenda for humanity really is.
Dr. Hoffe says that we all can become Informed, Educated, Inspired and Encouraged as when we possess these qualities we can really make monumental changes. 9
As British author, Edmond Burke said in his book “Thoughts on the Cause of the Present Discontents”:10
“When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.”
He was referring to when a nefarious group forms a Cabal to remove the power from the people. It is our PUBLIC DUTY to recognize evil and defeat evil
Action must not be omitted.
When you see something bad, you SAY something and you DO something.
If we continue to be spectators and remain on the sidelines and have the mindset “well no one else is saying or doing anything” then we are in some serious trouble. We are in essence, voluntarily partaking in their evil act and we are part of creating our own prison.
It is our DUTY to stand the line and we must fight these tyrannical medical acts that are being forced upon us.
The main thing is to be aware of what is going on. To be conscious that there is an agenda being conspired against us.
The Greatest Fear that Evildoers have is that we become Conscious that they are Evil, because they always try to dress up in sheep’s clothing and make it appear that they are acting in our best interest.
When we wake up and realize this is not the case, their plans simply crumble. All fraudulent acts are based on sandy foundations and can collapse quickly. This is what we must know.
Actions against Evil Acts ARE necessary.
Medical Tyranny is an Evil Act. It is a Crime Against Humanity.
As Dr. Hoffe says:11
“Everyone of us has the Power to Say NO.”
“There Comes a Time when we have to Refuse to Comply.”
Dr. Charles Hoffe was given a GAG ORDER by the Canadian Medical Authorities instructing him that he was not allowed as a Doctor to say anything negative about the Covid Vaccines.12
Dr. Hoffe refused to comply with that tyrannical medical order.
Dr. Hoffe said:13
“If I complied with that order I would be failing my patients and the people of Canada if I complied with that Gag Order.”
“Doctors have DUTY to Protect the Public and to Stand on Moral Integrity.”
Sometimes the right thing to do is to say no and not comply.
We have to collectively muster up the Courage to hold the line and actively take a stand against medical tyranny.
What kind of a future are we creating for our children and grandchildren if we don’t?
What kind of example are we setting if we don’t?
