Dr. Ana Szarfman Discovers a Superior method to Analyze VAERS – Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System: [2]
Senator Ron Johnson said that Dr. Ana Szarfman developed a superior VAERS analysis system that fixed “masking”, but they shut her down and buried it. She found a much better way to detect vaccine safety signals. The FDA and the CDC refused to adopt it.
Dr. Ana Szarfman, the FDA Medical Officer who uncovered these “signals” was ordered to “CEASE and DESIST.” She was labeled as a “major distraction.”
Once again the FDA REFUSED to acknowledge that the current system they were using was invalidated, they did not want look at the new system that Dr. Szarfman had developed.
Senator Ron Johnson:
At the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations hearing titled “Unmasked: How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals,” Johnson said:
“Today, I released a report showing that Biden health officials knew that safety signals for COVID-19 injection injuries were being hidden by their VAERS analytic algorithm.”
“Our report show that FDA Officials were WARNED and Fully Aware of their Safety System’s Inability to adjust for a Statistical Phenomenon called MASKING.”
“According to medical researchers it occurs when Signals for a Vaccine of Interest are HIDDEN by the presence of other reported vaccines.”
“Rather than using a newer, State of the Art System for Masking, Biden health officials PURPOSELY chose to employ the OLDER system that Conceals the Signals for Serious Adverse Events (SAE’s) associated with the COVID Injections.”
“Throughout 2021, FDA Officials received multiple analysis from the State of the Art System showing Statistically Significant Safety Signals for Adverse Events, but made a CONSCIOUS decision to ignore that Data.”
“On October 22, 2020, CDC’s Dr. Tom Shimabukuro touted VAERS by saying it could quote rapidly detect safety signals and can detect rare adverse events.”
“But an email a year later VAERS was reporting Adverse events of 837,595 and 17,695 Deaths.”
“Dr. Tom Shimabukuro stated quote: ‘it’s not a database that should be used for serious surveillance and research.’”
“Other health officials were denigrating VAERS with comments like, quote: ‘falsified VAERS reports’, ‘potentially misleading VAERS posts’, ‘frequently misused by Anti-Vaccine Activists, conspiracy theorists and science deniers.’”
“The Federal Health Agencies had to be sued TWICE before a Court finally forced them to disclose a report from the VSAFE system on online Self-Reporting Safety System, specifically for the mRNA Covid injections.”
“Here’s why they fought so hard to keep that from Public View – the 10 Million people who voluntarily provided information to VSAFE, 7.7% sought Medical Care for COVID Injection Adverse Events and 25% lost time at work or couldn’t perform their Daily Routine following Injection.”
Senator Ron Johnson says that they COVD Vaccines have a 55 Fold INCREASE over the Deaths for the Flu Vaccines.
Senator Johnson: “What is going on here? Federal health officials should be paying attention.”
Despite these numbers, FDA Officials still deem the COVID Vaccines as “Safe & Effective.”
“For over four years, I have wondered how health officials could possibly ignore this overwhelming evidence of harm. Now I know.”
“Our report details that on March 1, 2021, less than 3 months after the COVID injections received Emergency Authorization, Peter Marks, head of Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), and officials reporting to him, were WARNED by FDA”s Dr. Ana Szarfman, an individual who these officials recognize as an EXPERT in the FDA’s Data Mining, said current systems would MASK Covid Injection Adverse Events.”
“Dr. Ana Szarfman proposed a New Model, invented by Dr. William DuMouchel to uncover the Hidden Safety Signals.”
“March 26, 2021, 26 days later, Dr. Szarfman sent Dr. DuMouchel’s data to Senior FDA Officials showing that the new analytical method found, quote: 49 examples of Extreme Masking, uncovering approximately 25 safety signals.”
“Senior FDA Officials repeatedly tried to Stop Dr. Szarfman from communicating her work OUTSIDE of the FDA.”
“In September of 2021, Dr. Peter Marks informed Dr. Patrizia Cavazzoni (Director of CDER), that Dr. Ana Szarfman, a CDER employee, quote: ‘been asked to CEAST and DESIST” the Data Analysis’ and that Dr. Szarfman’s work had become quote – ‘A Major Distraction’ and ‘her efforts could erroneous conflicts that feeds Anti-Vaccination Rhetoric.’”
“Dr. Peter Stein – director of OND – Office of New Drugs within the CDER FDA division, made it CLEAR to Dr. Ana Szarfman that she should NOT be discussing providing internal analysis externally and needs to focus on here Assigned Work.”
“Dr. Ana Szarfman, who retired in 2025 after 35 years of service, told U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations staff in a recent interview that she believed her FDA colleagues saw her a quote ‘a pest’ because she was raising concerns about Masking.”[3]
Ron Johnson said that officials continually rejected improved methods developed by FDA scientists:
Officials were shown an updated algorithm that signaled serious adverse events, but “they refused to use it.” [4]
The FDA and the CDC KNEW and still Knows that the Covid mRNA Vaccines were causing Pericarditis and Myocarditis in Children, Adolescents and Young Adults. [5]
At first, they were actually going to issue a Warning.
Then the plan was made by BOTH CDC and FDA in May of 2021 to "nix the HAN" - meaning cancel the health alert.
This was even after the "Cat was out of the Bag" and many Pediatricians have already figured this out.
Since they are the "Regulating" Agencies, pediatricians will follow their lead.
They clearly prove that FDA and the CDC KNEW with certainty that the vaccines were hurting children and they were going to warn then they decided to just “go with it.”

David Morens – “I learned from our FOIA lady here, how to make emails disappear.
Senator Ron Johnson said that Federal Health Officials avoided creating a paper trail of transparency and public disclosure.
They were warned of a major limitation of the FDA’s Data Mining System, one senior FDA official wrote – “We should meet internally, many considerations, not suited to email.”
Dr. Karl Jablonowski - (a biomedical data scientist and research scientist known for work in health data analysis and science policy commentary): [7]
"The Vaccines were Pathetically tested - no Cardiovascular Toxicity, no drug drug interaction study, central nervous system toxicity, other organ toxicity, blood toxicity, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity -- had they actually turned out to be safe, it would have been serendipitous, a happy accident."

"The vigilance (post-approval vaccine safety monitoring) heavily depends on 3 sources of data: (1) the passive surveillance of VAERS, (2) the active surveillance of VSAFE and (3) the VSD - an active system linked to Medical Records."
Look, the Vaccine Injured were PLEADING with FDA Officials to recognize their injuries and put a stop to the madness of promoting these Poisonous Jabs. They did NOTHING but continue to LIE.
