Attorney and Federal Trial Practitioner, Blake Horwitz provided testimony on April 30, 2026, in support of South Carolina House Bill H4624, which relates to the South Carolina Clean Air Act.
Representing the organization, GeoFight, Horwitz's testimony focused on the legal and environmental implications of "climate engineering" and geoengineering.
Blake Horwitz is currently representing a Whistleblower who is blowing the whistle on Geoengineering.
The whistleblower is an Atmospheric Scientist. He worked with NOAA, the Federal Branch that works with Weather and he also worked with the University of Colorado.
This whistleblower discovered that Evidence was being destroyed in order to create a new narrative about geoengineering.
What was destroyed? Historical Data concerning Weather Data.
Why was it being destroyed? To allow them to create this “New Geoengineering Narrative.”
What do the know for sure?
They know that Hundreds of Millions of Dollars is being spent on intervening in the Earth’s Weather.
What are the White Trails we see in the Skies being emitted by Jets?
The Federal Gov would like us to believe it is Water Condensation.
That’s a blatant LIE.
There is tremendous Pulmonary Disease from people who live by these Airports – look up the article “Living by an Airport may be bad for your health.”
Attorney Blake says the EPA studies indicate that those TRAILS following a plane, create a WARMER PLANET.
Hmm, so it’s not just those Methane Cow Farts as Bill Gates says?
So Unites States Government Studies are telling us that there is a change in the Atmosphere, a “Heating Up of the Atmosphere” caused by those “trails.”
These “trails” are causing clouds to cover the skies at night which TRAP the heat in.
They are Spraying “SULFUR DIOXIDE” into the Air. When Sulfur Dioxide is sprayed into the air it is converted into “SULFURIC ACID” when reacting with Sunlight, Water and Oxygen and also other hydroxyl radicals.
They also have Aluminum in those trails with Barium and a ton of other sh*t.
When all this sh*t rains down, it POLLUTES the soil. It is literally toxic rain. So instead of giving life it is contaminating living things.
What does this mean?
It means that you will need heavier Fertilizers and more Chemicals to make the crops grow and have decent yields.
In short, they are blaming the cows for climate change, when in reality they are deliberately destroying the planet.
Aluminum is TOXIC to all forms of life – probably one of the reasons it is a MAIN ingredient in Vaccines.
Monsanto is working on creating a SEED that is RESISTANT to ALUMINUM in the Soil.
Hmm.
How convenient.
I guess this is a way to make EVERYONE dependent on them for Seeds as they f*cking destroy the environment at the same time.

OKAY – Attorney, Blake Horwitz says that there is a new investing concept – a business, called “WEATHER DERIVATIVES.”
Weather Derivatives
It’s basically a “Stock Market” associated with weather.
This is just another f*cking INSANE idea from these Ruling Elite Tyrants.
It works kind of like this:
You can buy a product and if there is an increase in 1 to 2° in temperature or in augmentation in rainfall then there will a “Payout” for a purchase of a “Weather Derivative”
Here is what it really is. It is the evil governments paying people to INVEST in their AGENDA of manipulating mankind, by manipulating the Weather.
It is NOT on the Open Stock Exchanges, it is getting the Wealthy Corporations to Invest in the One World Order Government’s Narrative.
It is the merging / uniting of the Corporations with Government with the secret “Agenda” of CONTROLLING the people.

On August 23, 2025, the EPA Chief Lee Zeldin said this about Geoengineering & Weather Modification:
“There has been Government Funding that has gone towards some of these efforts. There are entities and people who want to drastically scale UP these activities.”
“These activities are to make CHANGES to the Stratosphere or Lower Atmosphere and try to DEFLECT the Suns Rays from hitting the Earth to instead sending it back into Space.”
“In the case of Stratopheric Aerosol Injection, you are talking about putting Sulfur Dioxide, a lot of it, for a long time into the Upper Atmosphere, which by the way, turns into Acid Rain.”
“There are REAL Health Concerns with regards to these activities.”
“It is not thoroughly studied, approved, trusted or vetted – you have people who want to do it own their own.”
“For someone to hand over a $ Billion and dump a whole bunch of Sulfur Dioxide into the Stratosphere, it does not sound good and does not sound right.”
“The consequences are GRAVE.”
“Activities are going on in Europe and Asia – what other Countries decide to do impacts Americans.”

Our own EPA Chief just admitted they exist and are POISONING Americans AND they want to ramp this effort UP.
Let me tell you all something: We all need to do our research and kick out EVERY Senator and Representative who has taken funds from an Israeli organization, and if you have someone who is a Long-Termer, you can SAFELY bet they are one of them.

The Atmospheric Scientist who owns Stardust this is Heavily Funded from Israel and is from Israel himself. They are incorporated in Deleware, but that’s just a front for how they come into the USA and do this sh*t. There is NO Way that should be permitted.
Blake Horwitz says this is being done for Carbon Credits. You give me some money, I will go and contaminate the skies with some Sulfur Dioxide or whatever and you pay me to get a Carbon Credit, by paying to “Pollute the Skies.”
