Food Politics – Has the FDA been Captured by Lobbyists? “The Inverted Food Pyramid”
Half the world is starving the other half is overweight and obese – I guess there always must be “polarity” in this world.
Or maybe it is designed that way by the Evildoers who control the money?
Our Food used to “Naturally” be our “Medicine.”
Oh how they have turned that one upside down.
This could not have been “accomplished” if it were not for our very own Regulatory Agencies being infiltrated to the point of being “captured.”
This is where we are.
The very agencies that are supposed to be working for us are now working against us and have sided wit the corporate conglomerates.
This is nothing new, it is not a recent concept.
“Control the Food and you Control the People.” A quote often attributed to Henry Kissinger, although there is nothing directly written down like this, one can safely speculate that this is what he was thinking from going through his memo called “National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM-200) from 1974.
That memo discusses population growth, food demand, resource scarcity, and U.S. foreign policy interests. [1]
Connect the dots on what is happening today. Is our food healthy? Read the Labels and find out for yourselves if the ingredients are health promoting or disease promoting.
What are they doing with the meat industry?
What are the meat packers doing to the average Joe cattle rancher / beef producer.
And what about this Alpha-Gal Syndrome? [2]
“Alpha-gal is a molecule found in most mammals, such as cows and pigs, but not in people.”
“People with AGS can have an allergic reaction after eating red meat or being exposed to products containing alpha-gal.”
“The best way to protect yourself and your family from AGS is to prevent tick bites.”
“In the United States, the LONE STAR TICK is most often associated with AGS.”
“A few cases of AGS have been reported following bites from blacklegged and western blacklegged ticks.”
To make it short, plain and simple: Alpha-gal syndrome makes you ALLERGIC to Meat.
Think about what some of the Elite Billionaire Evildoers could do with this knowledge that people could be become allergic to eating meat from a simple Tick Bite.
How would all of this fit with the “Agenda” of the “Foreign Policy Influencers”, specifically with our friends at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland? [3]
According to our UN “allies”, “Climate Change” is being greatly effected by “Animal-Based Greenhouse Gas Emissions.”
"Animal-based foods, especially red meat, dairy, and farmed shrimp, are generally associated with the highest greenhouse gas emissions."
"Meat production often requires extensive grasslands, which is often created by cutting down trees, releasing carbon dioxide stored in forests."
"Cows and sheep emit methane as they digest grass and plants."
"The cattle’s waste on pastures and chemical fertilizers used on crops for cattle feed emit nitrous oxide, another powerful greenhouse gas.”
"Plant-based foods – such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, peas, nuts, and lentils – generally use less energy, land, and water, and have lower greenhouse gas intensities than animal-based foods."
Now, I am an animal lover and I agree that plant based foods, including fruits, leafy greens, and vegetables are a much healthier choice than meats, but it is the disguised true intentions of the UN. Their agenda seems to be about removing cattle producers / ranchers, acquiring their land and promoting Corporate Interests while ignoring the voice of the people.
I believe the “Sustainable Develop Goals” of the UN are a “Sustainable Recipe” to remove all the wealth from the common people and shift it to Industry.
To me, that’s what you call EVIL.
The Regulatory Process of the Food Industry has been Captured by the Food Corporations themselves and they could care less about healthy food.
How the Food Corporations are Capturing the Regulatory Process - Regulatory Capture: [4]
“The Food companies and trade associations have sought to capture, co-opt and diminish regulatory processes through the use and promotion of industry self-regulation.”
They have mastered strategic “relationship building” and have cultivated partnerships with credible stakeholders like Scientists, Universities, Public Health Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations and Government Advisors in an effort to bolster their Legitimacy.
This is basically, in a Nutshell, how they Captured the Regulatory Process and control what is “Recommended” to the Public as being “Healthy.”
When they “partner-up” with those credible stakeholders mentioned, they “APPEAR” more acceptable, more credible, more trustworthy, more scientifically supported to both the Public and those in leadership positions that are involved with the decision-making processes of both policy and public advise.
Much more on Regulatory Capture in a little bit.
About 40 years ago, there was a “Merging” of the Tobacco Industry with the Food Industry – it was actually more of a flat out “Takeover”, but it was strategically disguised.
They were acquired through mergers and acquisitions 40 years ago by corporate entities who specialized in “Chemical Addiction.”
They have mastered adding just the right “additives” or “Addictives” may be more accurate.
Precise amounts of Sugar, Fat and Salts to food that influences people to want more and more and more.
To top it off, it’s NOT at all good for the body.
It’s exactly like our “Medicine Industry” where they want you buying their products Non-Stop.
What about the Agencies that were created to make sure this never happened?
They have been Captured.
It is called “Regulatory Capture.”
That is how we ended up with an Inverted Food Pyramid. It’s really not called a “Pyramid” any longer as you will see the “progression.”
With regulatory capture – meaning the FDA, NIH, CDC, WHO, EPA, SEC, Telecom, Technology all being captured by those with a special agenda (DEPOPULATION, CHRONIC ILLNESS & CONTROL GRID) you actually have Good and Evil being inverted and they do it “gradually” so people actually get sucked into their illusion and believe it.
The entire banking system was captured by the Federal Reserve (PRIVATE BANKERS) in 1913. [5]
The Federal Reserve Bank was created in 1913, which is a Private Bank, which will allow for the bankers to create money out of thin air, which allows for INFLATION.
Inflation fills the pockets of the wealthy billionaires but at the same time steals the wealth from hard working average people.
Billionaires LOVE Inflation, but of course they can’t publicly display their affection for it as they will condemn it and ACT like they are angry and sympathetic with those suffering, all while filling their pockets.
What we have had for the last few decades is people sleep walking through life, being completely unconscious/unaware that the regulatory agencies have been captured and are working against them.
This would have been extremely difficult to do if the Federal Reserve wasn’t signed into US Law in 1913.
People are slowly waking up, thus this Warp Speed movement towards Data Centers, which will be the 6-G Wireless Control Grid, which is designed for 24/7 surveillance.
The Creation of Addictive Foods – The Addiction Industry Invades the Food Industry
A great book that covers this “invasion” in detail, is “Salt, Sugar, Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us” by Michael Moss (2013). [6]
If you want to know the ins and outs of what occurred after the “invasion”, you have to check his book out. Some of the tricks they pull are shocking and just despicable.
One of the Focal Points of the Food Industry is to achieve what they call “The Bliss Point.”
The Bliss Point is the PERFECT Combination of Sugar, Salt and Fat. The purpose is to crate a CRAVING will NEVER Stop.
The industry has “Bliss Wars” in which they compete with each other for who can create the most ADDICTIVE foods that people just can’t get enough of.
It’s not about Health, in fact, if it was, they would be eliminating sugar, fat and salt.
It’s about Profit.
Oscar Mayer, a subsidiary under Kraft back in the 90’s, (Kraft Heinz today), made Lunchables. the hit fully prepared prepackaged “meal” for children.
Their Ham & Cheese Lunchable Tray contained 9 Grams of Saturated Fat, 57 Grams of Sugar (almost 13 teaspoons) and 1,600 Milligrams of Sodium.
This came from their line of food Lunchables called “Maxed Out.” It was “maxed out” with sugar, salt & fat.
This was so blatantly and obviously unhealthy, that they had to “lower” the ingredients to “improve” nutritional “value.”
Geoffrey Bible, former CEO of Philip Morris, which was Parent Company of Kraft who made Lunchables said: “Even in their earliest incarnation, Lunchables were held up for criticism. One article said something like, ‘If you take Lunchables apart, the most healthy item in it is the napkin.’”
So, the former CEO was quoting an article that the children would be better off eating the Napkin, instead of the prepared packaged “meal” and not denying it, but admitting they were criticized for having the highest amounts of salt, sugar and fat.
Kraft was also using Sugar mixed with Fat to replace Whole Foods like the Tomatoes in Ketchup.
The motto: “Food that Makes You Feel Good will Make You Want More.”
Unfortunately, in this particular situation, “feeling good” and being “healthy” are like night and day. They couldn’t be further apart. They are polar opposites.
Foods that make you feel good may not be good for your health.
Become informed and know if your food is Nourishing your body or Depleting your body.
Is your food your “friend” or “foe?”
Healthy diets can be extremely difficult to sustain as the Industry has conditioned us to crave sugar, salt and fat.
It is definitely not about health. It is WEALTH over HEALTH.
Brief History of How the Tobacco Industry Merged & Reshaped the Food Industry [7]
The tobacco company, Philip Morris bought the Food Company, General Foods in 1985 for $5.6 Billion.
That SAME year (1985), the other major tobacco company, RJ Reynolds buys Nabisco, another major Food Company, for $4.9 Billion.
Then, in 1988, Philip Morris (Tobacco Company) buys Kraft Foods for $13.1 Billion, or $106 per share.
In 1989, Kraft and General Foods merged into "Kraft General Foods." [8]
In just 3 years, the Tobacco Industry, an industry responsible for causing Cancers and Chronic Diseases, was controlling a good portion of the Consumer Packaged Goods Food Industry in the USA.
Once Philip Morris had FULL Control and installed THEIR minions in Kraft for over 12 years, they begin spinning Kraft off in an IPO and by 2007, Kraft was "Independent" (Not Really) of Philip Morris.
The contamination was complete. The Tobacco Industry had taught them the “tricks of addiction” and addiction yielded high revenues.
Also, in the middle of all of this, in 2003, Philip Morris, conveniently changed it's name to Altria Group. [9]
They did a “Switcheroo.”
Altria Group was their PARENT Corporation and they created a name called Philip Morris USA as their tobacco SUBSIDIARY.
This was a psychological tactic to remove the “Tobacco Stigma.”
It is just a “Tricky” rebranding strategy so that as time passes people will forget that a company that specialized in addiction has nothing to do with owning a good portion of the food industry.
It’s called creating a “Corporate Umbrella.” This is ever so often and almost ALL corporations have multiple subsidiaries covered under the umbrella.
Surely, they wouldn’t use their knowledge about addiction and apply it to food?
Would they?
So, Phillip Morris went from primarily selling Tobacco in 1985 to having over $23 Billion in Food sales by 1989. [10]
What better company to control a large scaled food company than Philip Morris, who spent decades studying addiction science at molecular levels?
Philip Morris, prior to the name change to Altria Group, hired Howard Moskowitz as a consultant for Kraft Foods to search for just the right amount of certain ingredients to generate the greatest appeal among consumers. [11]
As previously mentioned, this is called the “Bliss Point” which is the precise concentration / blend of sweetness, saltiness and fat that makes food the “Most Enjoyable.”
They researched the “optimal” levels and combination of Sugars, Fats and Salts to produce “Maximum Pleasure” while eating.
Highly palatable foods rich in fats, sugars and salts active the brains dopamine circuitry reward system, that can trigger addictive and compulsive eating behaviors due to the temporary pleasure or bliss one experiences.[12]
This gives you a “FALSE SENSE” of Reward from eating and you may feel good and equate this “good feeling” with a sense of “Health.”
That’s just what they want you to believe.
This was backed from research: “US Tobacco Companies Selectively Disseminated Hyper-Palatable Food into the US Food System: Empirical Evidence and Current Implications.” [13]
This study discovered that indeed these Tobacco Companies, now re-labeled as Food Companies used their knowledge on addiction to make their foods “Hyper-Palatable.” They compared their foods to foods of other companies and it was clear and obvious.
The study discovered that they were “Designing” & “Engineering” their products to be more “Marketable” using the same strategies they used for Cigarettes.
Just as they made people want to keep Smoking, they now made it so people wanted to keep “Eating.”
Obesity in White Males age 20 or older (BMI 30 or over) from 1988 to 1994 was 20.3% and was 40.4% from 2021 to 2023. That is very close to Doubling. [14]
I’m sure it has nothing to do with the ingredients added to our Foods.
Dwayne Andreas was CEO of ADM – Archer Daniels Midland, one of the largest ag businesses in the world. He is one of the “Food Processing Pioneers.”
If you ever heard of “High Fructose Corn Syrup”, think of this dude.
He went to legislatures of the Reagan Administration to beg them to impose Tariffs on Sugar to make the prices here in the USA go UP. Sound familiar to something going on by the Trump Admin?
When sugar went up, his cheap corn high fructose syrup would be cheaper and that is what all the manufactures would purchase as a sugar substitute for the more expensive cane and beet sugar.
Almost every food manufacture went with the cheaper high fructose corn syrup, especially the Soda companies.
Today we find it in EVERYTHING, almost ALL processed or packaged foods have it listed in their ingredients.
The first Food Pyramid Guide in the United States was released by the USDA in 1992.
The “Pyramid” is based on USDA research and they took a look at what Americans were eating and what nutrients were in the foods and then came out advice on what the best food choices were.
As anything that is released by the public, there is a lot going on behind the scenes that the masses are unaware of. Pretty much EVERYTHING that is released by the government was influenced by Lobbyists.
Who do Lobbyists work for?
Not you and me.
Lobbyists work for the Big Corporations. Yes, lobbyists are hired by Big Corporations, especially Big Pharma and the Food Industry to influence lawmakers to write bills that favor the corporations they are representing.
Lobbyists may just the be the number one reason as to why our Regulatory Agencies have been Captured.
Guess who is in charge of “regulating” the lobbyists?
The Federal Government.
The truth is that they are not regulated, as you have multiple divisions that are supposed to be watching how the money is spent, to which groups and how much, but what good does that do as you are relying on their word and their own admissions and there are a million ways to disguise their spending.
Lobbying should be 100% ILLEGAL as it it taking the power OUT of the peoples hands.
It takes the Voice of the People and it throws it in the trash.
So, the next time you see a politician doing the EXACT OPPOSITE of what the people CLEARLY desire, just know that there is BIG money doing the influencing and big money has MORE weight that the voice of the people.
What good does it do to elect representatives when they don’t represent us but they represent the lobbyists.
ALL representatives when they are campaigning ACT like they are listening to us, but when they get elected the truth comes out immediately who they really are listening to and they just USE us with the secret funding from lobbyists to lie to us, knowing exacting what they are doing.
That’s the game and it’s a lying game.
Who is the Best Liar?
Who can say what the people want to hear the most, but yet when they get elected do some things for the people to keep them dumbed down enough to vote for them again the next go around?
That IS how the game works and people need to wake up to this FACT.
Who is really GOOD at this?
TRUMP. He’s the Master at saying just enough things while in office to keep his loyal followers believing.
90% of what they do may not be for the people and 10% may be good for the people and it is only nature's way for humans to see the good and be blind to the bad.
Are we ever going to get ahead when only 10% is being done for the people and 90% for the corporations?
NEVER.
Have you ever heard the saying – “Money is the Root of ALL Evil?”
It sure seems to be the case as the Food Industry is NOT regulated by anyone. They do the regulating as well as Big Pharma and the other big corporations.
The very first food pyramid in the USA was influenced by the corporations that wanted their sector of products “showcased.” Even though the influence was “indirect” and mostly occurred behind the scenes, they had “direct” results.
A really great book that explains the lobbying process is by Marion Nestle, called “Food Politics - How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition.” [15]
Marion Nestle explains the WHOLE process, how dietary advice is undermined, how the lobbyists “work” the system, how our kids are exploited, how our schools have been corrupted and the motto should be – “If it Tastes Good, then Don’t Eat it.”
Our eating habits are constantly being Shaped by Big Industry.
Do you think that Big Food Industry is focused on “Healthy Foods?”
Check the ingredients of Any packaged foods and look up how beneficial they are to our body.
It is unfortunate that the corporations have this much influence because so many people flat out don’t know which foods are healthy. If you have food corporations placing the needs of stockholders over the needs of the consumers, then the consumers are at the “mercy” of the Food Industry.
The base or bottom of the 1992 Food Pyramid is considered the most important foods. The foods listed are Bread, Pasta, Cereal and Rice are on the bottom of the 1992 Food Pyramid. [16]
Did you know that the USDA calculates numbers of servings by adding up the individual components of mixed dishes and assigning them to the appropriate Pyramid categories? [17]
This means that the flour in cookies is assigned to the grain category.
That could give the impression that both flour and cookies are healthy.
HISTORY OF USDA FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS
The USDA has been recommending which Foods to consume since 1894. [18]
In 1894 they published a “Farmers Bulletin” called “Foods: Nutritive Value and Cost” written by a Yale Agriculture Chemist graduate, W.O. Atwater, often called the “Father of Nutrition.”
This was a short book, around 30 pages that described the chemical properties of food, the digestibility of food, how food is used by the body, the nutrient values of various foods and described the composition of different foods, which included water content, protein amounts, fats, carbohydrates, minerals and fuel values (calories).
This is actually a very good read, it still would fit in fine in today’s crazy world.
It was said way back then that we eat too much Sugar and Fats.
The book quotes, Sir Henry Thompson, a noted English physician: "I have come to the conclusion that more than half the disease which embitters the middle and latter part of life is due to avoidable errors in diet.”
This was back when most Doctors focused on Nutrition instead of treating symptoms with petroleum chemicals / drugs. Prior to the Rockefeller takeover of med schools.
How many doctors today tell you that much of disease can be AVOIDED by simply making “healthy dietary choices?”
The USDA released a short bulletin in 1916 called: “Food for Young Children” by Caroline L. Hunt. [19]
This were geared towards mothers / housewives / caretakers to choose healthy, nutritious foods for children aged 3 to 6.
It focused on choosing a variety of wholesome foods that was sufficient for normal, healthy growth, “growth promoting foods.”
It was like a recipe book with directions to teach mothers how to prepare foods for their young children.
The USDA released another short book / bulletin in March of 1917 called: “How to Select Foods: I. What the Body Needs.” [20]
This 18 page bulletin goes over what the body needs for building tissues, muscle and for fuel / energy.
This bulletin was geared towards the “Housewife” in “educating” her on what the body needs to obtain from foods to build healthy tissues, keeping it in good order and providing it with the energy needed to perform muscular work.
There were several more releases by the USDA on Food Recommendations:
In the 1940’s, “The Basic 7” was released. [21]
Group 1: Green and Yellow Vegetables.
Group 2: Oranges, Tomatoes, Grapefruit,
Group 3: Potatoes and other Vegetables and Fruits.
Group 4: Milk and Milk Products.
Group 5: Meat, Poultry, Fish, Eggs.
Group 6: Bread, Flour and Cereal.
Group 7: Butter and fortified margarine.
In 1956, things the food groups were simplified into 4 groups, as the USDA released “Food for Fitness: A Daily Food Guide.” [22]
Milk Group
Meat Group
Vegetable & Fruit Group
Bread & Cereal Group
In 1979 the USDA added a 5th Food Group Category emphasizing “Moderation” – meaning food and beverages that should be consumed in moderation. [23]
Fats, Sweets and Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
This was a transition away from the Basic 4 Food Groups.
In 1984, “The Food Wheel” was introduced. [24]
Total Diet Approach - Included Nutrient Goals & Moderation
Five Food Groups & Amounts formed the Basis for the Food Guide Pyramid
Daily Amounts of Food and 3 Calorie Levels
This was Collaboration of the Red Cross & USDA - used for Red Cross Nutrition Educational Course as a "Food Wheel"
The Food Pyramid – 1992 -- This is when things really begin to become INVERTED.
For some reason this is the one I remember the most.
The Food Pyramid was a guide to help you eat better every day and it was a continuation of the “Total Diet Approach.”
Here are the Recommendations from the Food Pyramid of 1992: [25]
"Start with Plenty of Breads, Cereals, Rice and Pasta, Vegetables and Fruits.
Add 2 to 3 Servings from the Milk Group (Milk, Yogurt & Cheese) and 2 to 3 Servings from the Meat Group (Poultry, Fish, Beef, Dry Beans, Eggs & Nuts).
The Base of the Pyramid was stressed with more significance and the Top (Fats, Oils & Sweets) was to be used "Sparingly."
They got some things right like use oils, sweets and fats sparingly, but the rest was basically a recommendation of processed packaged foods at the base, which means additives, preservatives and chemicals.
2005 – MyPyramid Food Guidance System [26]
MyPyramid was a dietary guide developed by the USDA that promoted a personalized approach to diet and physical activity, emphasizing variety, proportion, and moderation across five food groups: (1) grains, (2) vegetables, (3) fruits, (4) milk, and (5) meat and beans, as well as oils.
2011 – MyPlate: [27]
MyPlate was in partnership with the influenced by leaders from the Food Marketing Institute, United Fresh Produce Association, Mission Readiness representative Lieutenant General Norman R. Seip (Ret.) and Chef Marcus Samuelson, with the objective of making a "positive change" in our Nation's Health.
MyPlate was the beginning of the "Education Campaign", working closely with the Obama Admin, especially, Michelle Obama.
MyPlate focused on fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins and dairy and these were visualized on a plate. The focus was to educate people of all pages on what is healthy to put on your plate.
Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030: [28]
This is the latest dietary guidelines released by the USDA in 2025 – 2030.
They plan to release a new one every 5 years.
This is a “RESET” of Federal Nutrition Policy.
The focus is to eat “Whole, Nutrient Dense Foods that include Protein, Dairy, Vegetables, Fruits, Healthy Fats and Whole Grains.”
This is a “collaborative” effort of U.S. Health and Human Service Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr and USDA Secretary, Brook Rollins.
The objective is to “Make America Healthy” as they state that more than 70% of American Adults are overweight or Obese.
Over 30% of American Adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 have Pre-Diabetes.
This Dietary Guideline states that “Chronic Disease” is driven by the “Standard American Diet” which is a diet mainly consisting of Highly Processed Foods, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle.
This is a small step in the right direction, but the past has already corrupted the food supply and Americans have developed an addiction like craving to these unhealthy processed foods.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appears to be a decent man, but one man can only do so much against a $ Half Trillion Dollar a Year Industry, with Billions to spend on Lobbyists to influence and continue food, nutrition and labeling policies.
Food Factories that turn the Raw Foods into “Package Products”, including the Meat Packers, Dairy, Snacks and Beverages itself account for 15% of the entire Food Industry. [29]
“Among all subsectors in the manufacturing sector, Food Manufacturing, North American Industry Classification (NAICS) subsector 311, had the largest value of shipments at $904.1 billion.” [30]
As you can see, the sector of the Food Processing Industry is huge.
How much of our Food that we consume is Processed?
CDC Data from August 2021 – August 2023 indicates: [31]
“The mean percentage of total calories consumed from ultra-processed foods among those age 1 year and older was 55.0%.”
“Youth ages 1–18 years consumed a higher percentage of calories from ultra-processed foods (61.9%) than adults age 19 and older (53.0%).’
Yes, our children, aged 1 to 18 get 62% of their Calories from “Ultra-Processed Foods.”
“Ultra-processed foods tend to be hyperpalatable, energy-dense, low in dietary fiber, and contain little or no whole foods, while having high amounts of salt, sweeteners, and unhealthy fats.”
“Ultra-processed food consumption has been associated with higher risk of cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality.”
I am thankful for RFK Jr, but I don’t see him making a dent. There was just too damage 30 years ago, so one man today, no matter how “good of a man” he is, he’s just simply up against a brick wall.
I think that Trump put him there already knowing this – there is NO way he can reverse this, but only temporarily slow it down for a couple of years.
We have an Industry that is out of our Control and In position to Control us.
The industry has become so big, so wealthy and so powerful that it can BUY control – meaning they can influence the regulators (FDA and USDA – they split regulating responsibilities) with their Food Lobbyists.
This pretty much means, there is little regulation that will benefit the consumers of food. This goes for our drugs & medications as Big Pharma has done the same thing.
The advice and guidelines we receive from the USDA and the FDA is likely advice that the Food Industry PAID their lobbyists to write to the legislatures.
What is the Ultimate Goal of Lobbyists of the Food Packaging & Processing Industry? [32}
The lobbyists that represent the Food Processors use tactics and strategies to defend and promote their products.
The Ultimate Goal of these Food Lobbyists, as well Big Pharma Lobbyists, is "Policy Capture."
They want to control the "Decision Making."
This is accomplished by meeting after meeting with the "right" government officials and staffers within the FDA and USDA.
They not only recommend policy, they write it. They make Congressman and Regulatory Officials there "Puppets" who only have to use a Pen for a signature.
95% of of the 2020 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee Members Had a Conflict of Interest with the Food Industry. [33]
A study released in 2022 found that 19/20 or 95% of the committee members had COI with the food and/or pharmaceutical industries and that particular actors, including Kellogg, Abbott, Kraft, Mead Johnson, General Mills, Dannon and the International Life Sciences, had connections with multiple members of the 2020 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC).
That is what you call "Policy Capture."
This is a MAJOR Conflict of Interest. This is not serving the people but only is benefiting the Food Corporations.
This is how the Food Pyramid has been completely Inverted.
When 19 out of 20 of the Scientific Experts have Financial Affiliations with the Food Corporations and they are the ones who wrote or edited the final Dietary Guidelines documents while serving on the 2020 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, you have a right to be concerned.
It’s like having Alleged Criminals write criminal law. They’re going to write legislation, policies and laws that benefit them.
These are people telling the Schools what to feed your children.
The Food Pyramid just may have been designed to make the Food Corporations very wealthy.
Trump addressed the Chronic Illness & Disease problem we have in the United States.
Trump Executive Order on February 13, 2025 - "Establishing The President's Make America Healthy Again Commission": [34]
"It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to aggressively combat the critical health challenges facing our citizens, including the rising rates of mental health disorders, obesity, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.”
“To do so, executive departments and agencies (agencies) that address health or healthcare must focus on reversing chronic disease.”
“American life expectancy significantly lags behind other developed countries, with pre‑COVID-19 United States life expectancy averaging 78.8 years and comparable countries averaging 82.6 years.”
“Six in 10 Americans have at least one chronic disease, and four in 10 have two or more chronic diseases.”
“An estimated one in five United States adults lives with a mental illness."
“Across 204 countries and territories, the United States had the highest age-standardized incidence rate of cancer in 2021, nearly double the next-highest rate.”
“Further, from 1990-2021, the United States experienced an 88 percent increase in cancer, the largest percentage increase of any country evaluated."
“In 2021, asthma was more than twice as common in the United States than most of Europe, Asia, or Africa.”
“Autism spectrum disorders had the highest prevalence in high-income countries, including the United States, in 2021.”
“Atoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and multiple sclerosis are more commonly diagnosed in high-income areas such as Europe and North America."
“In 2022, an estimated 30 million children (40.7 percent) had at least one health condition, such as allergies, asthma, or an autoimmune disease."
“Autism spectrum disorder now affects 1 in 36 children in the United States — a staggering increase from rates of 1 to 4 out of 10,000 children identified with the condition during the 1980s."
"Eighteen percent of late adolescents and young adults have fatty liver disease, close to 30 percent of adolescents are prediabetic, and more than 40 percent of adolescents are overweight or obese."
"In the case of Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, over 3.4 million children are now on medication for the disorder — up from 3.2 million children in 2019-2020."
"Seventy-seven percent of young adults do not qualify for the military based in large part on their health scores."
"Ninety percent of the Nation’s $4.5 trillion in annual healthcare expenditures is for people with chronic and mental health conditions."
The goals are to understand and address chronic disease, to end childhood chronic disease and restore integrity of the scientific process.
“We must ensure our healthcare system promotes health rather than just managing disease."
On May 22, 2025, the MAHA Commission, led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr (HHS Secretary) & Brook Rollins (USDA Secretary) unveiled their report in response to President Trump's EO, exposing the "Root Causes" of Childhood Chronic Diseases. [35]
They basically repeated what we already knew and concluded that they will support gold-standard scientific research and develop a comprehensive "Make Our Children Healthy Again Strategy." They did provide some interesting facts.
“Today in the U.S. more than 1 in 5 children over 6 years old are obese. This is a more than 270% increase compared to the 1970s.”
“Prevalence of pre-diabetes in teens is more than 1 in 4 teens, having more than doubled over the last 2 decades.”
“Childhood cancer incidence has risen over nearly 40% since 1975, especially in children aged 0-19.”
“Autism spectrum disorder impacts 1 in 31 children by age 8.”
“Teenage depression rates nearly doubled from 2009 to 2019, and with more than 1 in 4 teenage girls in 2022 reporting a major depressive episode in the past year. Three million high school students seriously considered suicide in 2023.”
“Between 1997 and 2018, childhood food‑allergy prevalence rose 88%.”
Lee Zeldon, The EPA Administrator chimed in and said: "At EPA, we will do our part to protect human health...this report shows America will continue to be the energy, industrial, and agricultural power of the world—and we can continue this while ensuring we have the healthiest children." But we don't have the healthiest children Lee.
Many perceive the United States to have the “Best Healthcare” but these statistics of chronic illness, diseases and cancers tell a much different story.
The Commonwealth Fund (2024), compared the healthcare systems of 10 countries ranked them from best to worst. [36]

The United States.
The United States rated dead last.
The statistical data from Trump’s EO indicates we have a Failing Healthcare System.
One may think with all these Immunizations for our children and the elderly that we would be very healthy.
You would think that the Military would be wanting to promote health as it it was mentioned in Trump’s Executive Order that 77% of young adults do not qualify for the Military due to Health issues.
Findings from the Pentagon's 2020 Qualified Military Available Study: [37]
Findings from the Pentagon's 2020 Qualified Military Available Study revealed that 77% of Americans would be ineligible for service, that is an incredible increase of 6% in just 3 years.
This is a scary trend and with the health of young adults deteriorating at this speed, it must be taken seriously and deeply look at.
This is a big red flag that is indicating if the trend continues that the military is going to have to “Lower their Enlistment Standards.”
It appears that society is being severely harmed by our Foods and Drugs. The Regulatory Agencies that are supposed to be protecting us from harmful foods and drugs have been Captured by the Food and Drug Manufacturers.
So, what may have started out with solid benevolent wholesome advice back in 1894, is now advice that caters towards profits.
It’s wealth over health.
Is it any wonder with the toxins our children are being exposed to as why 77% are not even healthy enough to join the military?
The Vaccine Schedules and the Ultra-Processed Foods are a recipe for disaster – a recipe for a Lifetime of Chronic Illness.
This is what happens when the policy writers bond with the Food Industry itself.
The Food and Drug Policies have been Captured.
All of the Regulatory Agencies have been Captured by Industry.
We are “served” by the Corporate Industrial Complex.
Nothing is separate anymore.
The Corporate Powers have formed an Interconnective System to enslave the masses and enrich Industry.
Think of what else has been “Captured.”
When regulators are completely influenced the “Industry Experts” – are they really “protecting the consumers?”
This section was placed within this book to emphasize how our regulatory agency for our Food and Drugs -- the “FDA,” has been captured by Industry Lobbyists. . The interests favor the Big Pharma and Big Food Industries, not the consumers.
This is very important to understand the next time we have a “Plandemic”, I mean Pandemic and they declare a Public Health Emergency, which gives the FDA authority to give Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for an Experimental Vaccine.
They may even call the next “jab” a “safe & effective” solution, as they did with the mRNA COVID-19 ouchie Fauci’s.
So just be “Privy” of this when “they” try to tell you what is “BEST” for you and your family.
The FDA is no longer a “Neutral Watchdog.” The influence has become so strongly significant that they are controlled by the Food and Drug Corporations.
Their priorities FAVOR the corporations and the safety concerns have taken a backseat. Independent Regulation does NOT exist and it is shunned upon when it doesn’t fit into the “narrative” and is often labeled as “Misinformation.”
We all need to become as “Informed” as possible and “Spread the Missing Information.”
