*This is Unbelievable how Cruel, Corrupt and Stupid our “System” is.
John Kiriakou:
“The United States has 5% of the World’s Population.”
“We have 25% of the World’s PRISON Population.”
“Congress Creates 500 New Felonies Every Decade.”
“50 New Felonies Every Year.”
“Something that was Legal a Year ago is Suddenly Illegal.”
John Kiriakou gives an Excellent True Example:
There was a woman working for NOAH - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Hawaii.”
“She was a GS-12 middle level nobody, living in Honolulu.”
“To make some extra money, she and business partner bought a boat.”
“They would take Tourists out on the Weekends to go Whale Watching.”
“So, they are out there Whale Watching one day and they come up on a Pod of Orca’s and the Orcas are feeding on a Seal carcass.”
“Everybody runs over to the side of the boat, they are taking pictures and video and somebody Whistles at the Whale.”
“A couple of weeks later, a knock on the door, the FBI.”
FBI – “Do you have this boat?”
“Yes.”
“Do you take this boat out with Tourists?”
“Yes.”
“Did you see some Orcas a couple of weeks ago?”
“Yes.”
“Did you Whistle at the Whale?”
“No, but somebody did, I have a videotape as I sell videos to the tourists.”
“A couple of weeks later they RAID her apartment, they take all her DVD’s, her computer, her phone, they seize the boat and after the investigation they charge her with one Felony count of ‘Interfering with the Feeding of a Wild Animal.’”
“This is a Violation of the Endangered Species Act.”
“She fought this for years. They ended up knocking it down to a misdemeanor and took a plea to make it go away. But she lost her Job, her Pension, her Boat and her business friends.”
All of this for Whistling at a Whale but they allow Ocean Trawlers to drag their massive nets, killing all kinds of Oceanic Life.
The people prosecuting this should be ASHAMED of themselves.
Is Society BETTER OFF because of all this Bullsh*t???
Are we SAFER because of this Bullsh*t???
Why does Congress create 500 new felony laws each decade?
Because eventually there will be enough bullsh*t laws in which almost ANYONE can be in Violation of at least ONE of them and when a particular person goes AGAINST a Government Narrative, they will find something to be used against you and it will be a FELONY.
You think the these AI Data Centers are just to beat China in the AI race?
They are for Surveillance – Tag, Track, Trace & Follow you 24/7.
If you go against a gov narrative and they want to punish you, their lovely AI Data Center likely has the felonies you have committed all ready to send to a prosecutor.
These wonderful Data Centers are there to “Railroad the F*ck out of You” when you question a bullsh*t government narrative.
About John Kiriakou:
John Kiriakou is a former CIA intelligence officer (1990 to 2004), counterterrorism specialist, author, and whistleblower.
He became widely known in 2007 when he publicly confirmed that the CIA had used waterboarding against terrorism suspects and described the practice as torture.
In 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted Kiriakou for disclosing classified information to journalists, including information identifying a covert CIA officer.
In October 2012, he pleaded guilty to intentionally disclosing information identifying a covert agent.
So he basically pleaded guilty of “EXPOSING CIA Torture” and they didn’t like that sh*t.
In January 2013, he was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison. He served approximately two years.
