COMMON LAW – David Lester Straight - Chosen by Trump

This is some information that we all are going to have to learn.

EVERYTHING in Law deals with:

Status –
Standing –
Jurisdiction –

Juris Diction – the Bar Association misuses the word jurisdiction to confuse the public. It is the most misused word in the legal stage. The 3 Jurisdictions are: Land, Air and Water. It is Trust Law, Equity Law and Contract Law.

Juris – means Right Law

Diction – means Words

The words you use determine the Right Law under which you stand. If you are a Party you are under the Jurisdiction of Water, a party to a contract. If you are a Trustee, you are under the Jurisdiction of Air. If you are a Owner who holds Superior Title, then you are under Jurisdiction of Land.

Jurisdiction is do they have Authority and Venue is who has the Authority and in which Law do they have Authority.

When you walk in a court room you see a sign in front of the Judge saying “Your Honorable Judges Name” What does this mean?

The reason it says Honor is that you can’t have honor without Trust, you can’t have Trust without Honor.

Which Jurisdiction is Trust Law? The Jurisdiction of the Air, the Highest form of Law. It is Superior Law. There is NOTHING more important in the law than having a Fiduciary Responsibility for the benefit of another.

The very first job title hat the Judge puts on when he walks in the room is a Your Honor hat.

The very first thing he is going to administer is the Jurisdiction of the Air. He wants to make sure the man walked in with his Express Trust in hand.

2 Types of Trust:

Express – this is Written. If a person doesn’t walk into the court room with an Express Trust the Judge will Imply a Trust, where HE is the Executive and you are Trustee and somehow mismanaged the Trust on behalf of the Beneficiary of the Prosecution or whoever is bringing the case and therefore you OWE the Prosecution something for your mismanagement.
Implied – this is Unwritten

What is a Misdemeanor? Demeanor is your Attitude. It is a miss. You have a Bad Attitude you have misbehaved somehow. You have the WRONG attitude and that is what a Contempt charge is.

Attorney’s call their language Legal Ease – it is the separation of words in the English Language into one of 3 Jurisdictions.

So if I am a driver or owner operator on the highway I have to a Drivers License. If I am traveling privately in my own automobile, all I need is my passport.

They both mean driving down the street in a car but the difference of the words makes all the difference.

The WORDS you use determines the Juris you are under.

Cops will not say are you driving that vehicle, they will say you are operating that motor vehicle.

If a man walks in with that Express Trust in hand that clearly states who the Executor is, who the Trustee is, has an Acceptance of the Trustee to be the Trustee, so they can’t break the Trust Fail.

Tell us who the Beneficiary is, what property the Trust is managing and how it is supposed to be managed – for who? The Heirs. Then there is nothing for him (Judge) to adjudicate – make a formal judgment.

The Judge can NOT Imply a Trust if there is an Expressed Trust in hand.

One thing to know is that Trusts are PRIVATE. You do NOT even need to show the Judge a Trust, he does not need to read it. All you have to do is walk in say “Judge, you can’t imply a trust when I have an Expressed Trust stating who the Executor is, who the Beneficiary is, has an Acceptance of the Trustee to be the Trustee, tell who the Heirs are and the Beneficiaries, what Properties are supposed to be managed by the Trusts and how the Trust is supposed to be managed.

You set those papers, your Express Trust down on the table and there is nothing he can do to Adjudicate it. So now the Judge has to take that Your Honorable hat off and put on his Judge hat.

Next the Judge looks to see if there is a Victim. If there is a victim there is a crime and it is going to trial. He is looking for a Physical Injury to another… if not, it is Civil.

He is looking if the man walked in with this Superior Titles in hand.

If it is an Automobile case you have to have your MSO – Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) is similar to a Certificate of Title issued by your local DMV. A vehicle manufacturer issues a C.O. to the original purchasing dealer. The dealer endorses it to the new vehicle owner who then submits it to the local DMV upon vehicle registration.

If you don’t have your Manufacturer Statement of Origin – MSO, the Judge is going to IMPLY that the State Owns the Vehicle and has the Title and the he is going to regulate you and you will be found Guilty.

If you are a property owner and they are attempting to Foreclose on your house you will need a Land Patent – A land patent is a form of letters patent assigning official ownership of a particular tract of land which has gone through various legally proscribed processes – such as surveying and documentation, followed by the letters signing, sealing, and publishing in public records – made by a sovereign entity. You will need a Grant of Deep and other Superior Titles in hand. Grant of Deed If you have these the Judge cannot Imply an Abstracted Title.

What about your Life? The Birth Certificate System is set up to Regulate a Dead Entity which you are labeled as. They label you as a PERSON. Most state statutes begin by saying “All PERSONS must”. It doesn’t say “All men and women must”. They cannot regulate someone alive. They can only regulate a dead entity, a vessel a person.

When signing papers – a Trustee will sign in the MIDDLE, if you write an Autbiography and sign your Autograph you are a man and will sign on the Right Side. A Signatory signs on the Left.

A Trustee with a Fiduciary Responsibility signs in the middle in Purple.

There are 3 Jurisdictions and 3 places for signatures.

If you have all your Superior Titles in Hand and you stand firmly upon your rights there is nothing for the Judge to adjudicate, so he takes his Judge hat off and puts on his Mr Administrator hat on.

Now he wants to know if you have your business affairs in order and he is looking at the Jurisdiction of the Water. He wants to see Contracts, he wants to see Business Affairs.

Michael Jordan signed a contract with Nike for 5 years at $200 million a year worth $1 Billion. They couldn’t even write his name on a Ticket without the Prior Expressed Written Permission of Nike or Michael Jordan. They can regulate commerce but they cannot interfere with it.

CPS comes into peoples houses and steals children everyday. As a private for profit company not government. Government should not be involved in the family unit at all, period. A church or family member should be.

Title 15 of the United States Code becomes your savior because it says any documents they use that you are Trade Marketing on must be destroyed.

Absolutely you want to Trademark your Name.

How to take Dominion over 3 Juris’?

Status – you have to take status first. You have to Claim who you are. Status, Standing and Jurisdiction is EVERYTHING in the Law. You have to know who you are what is your status. As a state national I am one of We the People, we created Government, so guess what I control? Government. Government created the US Citizen with the Birth Certificate and guess who they control? You, the U.S. Citizen. We are NOT Free in this Country. As long as you determine to be a US Citizen you are NOT FREE.
Trust – you need to do your Trust to take Dominion over the Air.
Superior Titles and Know your Rights – to take Dominion over the Land.
